Engine sounds. lowering options!

Hello,
I Really love my car but it just seems ike you can hear a loud clicking coming from the injectors. I have a 1.8 and i can't seem to quiet it down. I was wondering if anyone knows what could be the problem or is it normal?

Also..
I was ondering what sport suspension would work good for my car and at a good price. not too expensive! Probably about 1" drop i was thinking. If you guys could give me a heads up that would be great.

What octane of gasoline do you use? I've heard that using an octane too low for your engine can make a clicking noise. I tried it and it works, but maybe that's just the plecibo effect. Heck it's cheaper then ripping apart your engine.
