could be that you have a lot of moisture in the interior from a leak? mine fog up a bit but they clear up pretty quick with the a/c compressor running and the defrost on warm.

Sometimes if the recirc button is on during air conditioning, it will fog up easier. Try taking it off recirc and see if it clears up. If not, there might be a problem with the recirc flap, it might be stuck closed?

yeah, i just remembered! mine does a "super fog freak-out" sometimes when i turn on the defrost. the windows are fogged up some to start out, then i turn on the defrost and it turns into a can't see a darn thing super fog for a little bit then it clears up fast. i don't recall if it's when i use the recirc or not, or either way?

i think it's the evaporator housing holding water and not draining.

I notice the windows film over quicker than on any other car I've driven. It seems as though I'm always in the driver's seat cleaning the inside of the windshield. I believe top-down driving just allows more fine particulate matter to accumulate there.
