A newbie here! My wife and I have just ordered a new z4 coupe in Montego Blue! We're tracking it's manufacture and it is only in the order stage at this time, but we're hoping to get it before September!
One thing we are a little concerned with--the run flat tires. On the z4, they are only rated for 90 miles. This could be a problem for us here in Las Vegas if we are on a road trip and get a flat (yeah, I know, I've taken the trip to LA dozens of times and never gotten a flat, but it could happen the very next trip!). Anyway, there really isn't a place between Vegas and Barstow to get a tire that would fit the bimmer, and that's about 150 miles. Does anyone know if there is a little donut tire and wheel setup we could fit in the back of the coupe (it's quite a bit bigger than the roadster) that we could toss in there for road trips?
